Ulrich J. Moser is an experienced project leader, coach, and IT architect based in Gottmadingen, Germany, who has spent more than three decades bridging technical expertise with deep psychological insight. A graduate mathematician from Ruhr University Bochum (1985) with additional qualifications in pedagogy and philosophy, he brings a rare combination of analytical precision and human-centered understanding to his work. His professional focus lies in coaching and leadership development, where he helps individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential. Drawing on his extensive background as a project manager and project coach, Ulrich integrates powerful psychological approaches—particularly Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mental Space Psychology (Social Panorama) to address the often-unseen emotional and unconscious dynamics that influence project success, decision-making, and collaboration. He believes that sustainable results in complex projects and organizations are not only achieved by processes and technology, but from a deeper awareness of the people involved. In his coaching practice, Ulrich supports leaders and project teams in recognizing hidden blockages, improving communication, strengthening resilience, and creating more conscious and effective ways of working together. His approach is both pragmatic and transformative: he combines structured project methodologies with psychological tools to foster clarity, trust, and high performance. This unique integration has become the hallmark of his work and is reflected in his book, Projekt-Panorama, which explores how Mental Space Psychology can reveal and resolve unconscious factors that influence project outcomes. Fluent in German and English, Ulrich works with clients who value both technical excellence and a profound understanding of human dynamics. His clients appreciate his ability to combine clear structure with empathy, helping them navigate complexity with greater awareness and effectiveness.
