For over 20 years, I have supported people through counseling and coaching by working with the unconscious mind. My focus has been on caring for PTSD and depression, integrating approaches such as Ericksonian Hypnosis, NLP, and Social Panorama.
Mental Space Psychology (MSP) is an essential tool in helping clients find deeper awareness, personal freedom, and inner peace. By exploring their mental space and shifting unconscious structures, clients experience real and lasting change in how they relate to themselves and others.

My name is Yuya Ota. I work as a coach, counselor, corporate consultant, and NLP Master Trainer, and assist Dr. Lucas Derks during Social Panorama courses in Japan. I’m honored to be appointed as an Ambassador and hope to help spread the transformative power of MSP around the world.
I work with corporate leaders, professional athletes, and aspiring coaches or counselors. Social Panorama is a central tool in my practice, especially effective in high-performance sports where it has produced significant results. In business consulting, I use techniques like reconstructing the “Team Panorama” to support executives. In counseling, Social Panorama is highly appreciated for its effectiveness in resolving interpersonal issues.
Currently, I am focusing on integrating Social Panorama into corporate training programs. Although evidence-based methods are often required in that field, I believe in its great potential. I also assist Dr. Lucas Derks in Social Panorama courses and continue learning from him through the Consultant Course. I am passionate about expanding MSP and Social Panorama across Asia, especially in Japan. My goal is to go beyond NLP by collaborating with academic and scientific communities to give these approaches broader credibility and professional value.
