I’m a curious and creative soul based in Norway, passionate about exploring human experience and connection. Being an Ambassador means sharing the transformative power of Mental Space Psychology with others, expanding insight, empathy, and choice. I value learning and love helping people create meaningful change in their lives.
I work as a coach, trainer, and consultant, with a background in political science, organisational sociology, and public/private sector leadership. My special interest lies in trauma-informed coaching, NLP/ Neuro-Semantics, communication training, and personal transformation. I run an independent coaching practice and offer courses in coaching, ethics, leadership and at times integrating the Social Panorama method.
I’m currently deepening my understanding of Mental Space Psychology and exploring how it can enrich my practice. I’ve started integrating spatial tools like the Social Panorama in individual and group settings and find it promising—especially in helping clients visualize internal dynamics and open up new perspectives. While I’m still a student of this approach, I’ve seen early signs of how spatial methods can support insight, emotional clarity, and meaningful change. I’m excited to keep learning and to contribute to bringing these tools more widely known in Norway and Scandinavia.

Jeanette has dedicated her career to human and organizational development. Since 2006, primarily through education coaches and delivering courses and internal business processes. As the owner and director of Mentalskolen (The Mentality School), she has certified and trained thousands of people in NLP and Neuro-Semantics. Mentalskolen is one of Norways biggest coaching schools with a program lasting for 3 years and holding about 100 students each semester. She first became an NLP trainer in 2007 with Robert Dilts and Judith Delozier (Santa Cruz, California). From there she became a Meta-coach in 2013 and a Trainer in Neuro-Semantics in 2015 with Michael Hall, who introduced her to the Social Panorama.
Jeanette is in the board of Neuro-Semantics Scandinavia and a member of the International Leadership Team of Neuro-Semantics.
She is currently studying Psychology on the side of her work, with a long-term goal of doing a PhD in Coaching Psychology.
Mental Space Psychology is integrated in the 5th semester of Mentalskolen`s coaching education, so all the students will get to learn about Social Panorama and Mental Space Psychology.
